Our policy regarding order cancellations, adjustments, and satisfaction guarantee.
Cancellation policy
Because our dishes are prepared fresh upon order by our culinary team, cancellations can be accommodated within 5 minutes of order placement. Once the kitchen begins preparation, orders cannot be cancelled.
Satisfaction guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or does not meet our standard of culinary excellence, please notify our concierge team within 2 hours of delivery. We will promptly issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed immediately and will reflect on your card or banking statement according to your financial institution’s timeline (typically 3–5 business days).
